US Ordering Policy
- Ground service has been limited to select States, other States are served by Air Only;
- Ground service is normally delivered on the Thursday;
- All US ground orders will be shipped on Mondays;
- Next Day Air Service will ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays;
- Delivery times and days cannot be guaranteed due to some border restrictions;
- The delivery service will not be reimbursed for returned articles;
- We do not ship to the US during Canadian or American holidays;
- If no one is home to receive the order, the box will be left at the door. We are not responsible thereafter.
Can you send more than the 2 varieties listed?
Yes. We also make Whole Wheat, Flax Seed, No Seed, All Dressed, Rosemary & Sea Salt and Multi Grain bagels.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
An email confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order is placed. It will include an order number, date, order details and contact information should you require any follow up.
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Shipping delays are indicated on the Canadian Ordering Policy and US Order Policy pages.
Once your order is shipped from one of our Montreal bakeries, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you could follow your shipment.
